Follow-Up Session

Service Description

During your follow-up visit with the Registered Dietitian she will review your current eating habits and previous nutrition goals that were recommended to you. After your visit you will receive an updated personalized nutrition plan that is in accordance with your new nutrition goals, nutrition supplement recommendations, updated calculation of nutrient needs, applicable nutrition handouts, food log feedback, and email support between sessions. Since there is no one-size-fits-all with nutrition, follow-up visits are booked as needed and the frequency of them is personalized to your specific nutrition needs. After the visit, your Registered Dietitian will evaluate your nutrition needs and provide you with a recommended number of follow-up visits.

We understand that unexpected things happen in life and sometimes you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
