Healthy Start Program

Service Description

This is a 3 month program that was designed particularly for those who are ready to make that step forward towards a healthier life and feel their best, but don't know exactly where to begin. With this program you'll receive a 1hr initial visit + 5 follow-up visits with your Registered Dietitian. After your medical history and current eating habits are reviewed by the Dietitian you'll receive a personalized nutrition plan, achievable goals to help reach your nutrition needs, nutrition supplement recommendations, accountability, daily food log with feedback, and email support between sessions. Woah! That's a $1000 value! Since there is no one-size-fits-all with nutrition, follow-up visits are booked as needed and the frequency of them is personalized to your specific nutrition needs. After your initial visit, your Registered Dietitian will evaluate your nutrition needs and provide you with a recommended number of follow-up visits.
