Initial Assessment

Service Description

During your initial visit with the Registered Dietitian your medical history and current eating habits will be reviewed. You will also receive a personalized nutrition plan, nutrition supplement recommendations, and achievable goals to help you towards a healthier life. Since there is no one-size-fits-all with nutrition, follow-up visits are booked as needed and the frequency of them is personalized to your specific nutrition needs. After your initial visit, your Registered Dietitian will evaluate your nutrition needs and provide you with a recommended number of follow-up visits.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected things happen in life and sometimes you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
