APPOINTMENT POLICY

Our goal is to provide quality nutritional care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and late cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments and last minute cancellations.

 

Appointment Cancellation/No-Shows:

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

 

You understand and acknowledge that in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or no-shows are considered late cancellations and will receive no refund.
